Commercial Systems & Intelligence



Our Commercial Systems and Intelligence (CSI) team, sitting within the wider Commercial department, provides the platforms and analysis that help the Commercial team function and perform. The team is divided into two halves: Systems, focusing on sales and marketing systems, and Intelligence, producing analysis and data quality performance. While they do not work directly with clients, they manage the CRM database, Salesforce, used to organise and store customer data.  

CSI team members can expect to develop system administration, data analytics, stakeholder management, and project management skills. The CSI team would be a great fit for someone looking to learn about developing services and analysis that help the Commercial team perform as efficiently and effectively as possible—inquisitive and data/tech focused individuals who enjoy a laugh would fit in perfectly.

I am responsible for administering and developing Aurora’s CRM system, marketing platform, and systems integrations.
