IT



As part of the wider Tech department, Aurora’s IT team furnishes the platforms and infrastructure for the company’s growth. Presently, the IT team is largely multi-disciplinary, covering Service Desk, IT Operations, Infrastructure, and Cloud. With our Global Service Desk, we work with Aurora colleagues from across the business with their technical challenges, often involving the Microsoft 365 suite, our various SaaS products and our EOS platform, Windows 10+, and AWS. This engagement regularly takes us to our other offices around the world.

Patience, determination, empathy, and a good sense of humour are essential to navigating our work challenges. The IT team is great for anyone who wants variety, technical challenges, and collaboration with people around the world. Joining the IT team also offers opportunity to develop skills in Microsoft cloud stacking including Intune, AutoPilot, and Powershell automation, while also gaining exposure to AWS and DevOps software like GitHub/GitLab.

My key tasks involve building and maintaining our server and cloud network infrastructure with a focus on availability and security.

My team is extremely helpful with a vast range of experience. It’s also nice that everyone has a great sense of humour.
