We're seeking a high-performing HR Manager to join our global People & Culture (P&C) team as the P&C Manager, Americas.
In this regional role, you'll support our growing teams across the United States, Brazil, Chile, and Mexico, delivering operational excellence, ensuring compliance with local labor laws, and driving consistent, high-quality people practices. Based in Austin, you'll manage a team of six and partner closely with senior stakeholders to manage day-to-day operations, deliver strategic initiatives, and ensure complaint HR processes across the region.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage a P&C team of six across North America and Latin America
- Ensure day-to-day operational delivery, driving consistency, efficiency, and quality across all people processes in the region.
- Represent the P&C function at regional leadership meetings, bringing data-driven insight, sound judgement, and a pragmatic mindset to influence decision-making.
- Act as a key liaison between NORAM, LATAM, and UK-based global teams, ensuring alignment on people priorities, compliance, and shared values.
- Navigate complex employee relations issues with maturity, empathy, and commercial acumen.
- Ensure full compliance with local employment laws and regulations in the United States, Brazil, and Chile, in close collaboration with local legal advisors.
What we are looking for
- 7+ years’ progressive HR experience, including international exposure
- A track record of managing HR teams and developing talent
- Experience supporting senior leaders in matrixed organizations, ideally in professional services, consulting, or knowledge-based industries
- Strong cultural sensitivity and the ability to adapt and respond to diverse work styles and expectations across the United States, Brazil, and Chile
- Understanding of working within a matrixed organization, and the ability to thrive in consensus-based cultures
- A professional HR qualification (e.g., CIPD, SHRM, or equivalent) is essential
