The Marketing & Communications team creates and executes strategies to promote the company’s industry-leading research, software solutions, and events by combining creativity with customer insights and data analysis, delivering impactful campaigns that drive client growth and loyalty with consistent, engaging style. Built up of specialists in marketing, communications, design, and press, the team defines the company’s brand image and voice to help translate our research into marketable pieces that generate interest, awareness, and leads.  

Those with exceptional written and verbal communication skills, a strong attention to detail, an innovative mind, and multi-tasking abilities seeking to define and establish our company’s brand and communicate our research to our global network of clients would thrive in the Marketing, Communications, & Design team. Stakeholder management, project prioritisation, leadership and planning, and an overall understanding of the marketing mix and other various marketing tools and how to apply them effectively are skills guaranteed to be developed within this team.

Describe your key responsibilities.
My role is multifaceted and involves a wide range of responsibilities with the goal of maximising the company’s outreach and brand visibility in North America. Some of my key tasks include coordinating events, strategising our social media presence, launching product campaigns, communicating our new publications to subscribers, and brainstorming and implementing strategic initiatives.

What is the highlight of your role?
I have been given a unique opportunity to create the foundation of my role which has allowed for the expansion of our North American marketing team. Though challenging, I have been put on a learning fast-track in creating, testing, and officiating standard processes for the marketing team. 

What's the best thing about your team?
The autonomy of being one of the only dedicated marketers in North America has given me the freedom to pursue creative projects and at the same time challenged me to solve problems on my own. I am grateful for the trust I have been given to run and manage my role at such an early stage in my career while being given enough guidance and support to feel confident in the work that I'm doing.

My coworkers are the best part of my job. They care about me, each other, and the work we do.
