Sales & Account Management



The Sales & Account Management team turn our modelling and research into sales by converting leads into paying subscribers. Sales is divided into Verticals, our regional product sub-teams, and Horizontals, made up of our Software Sales, Key Accounts, and Financial Institutions sub-teams. Client interaction is at the core of Sales’ day-to-day efforts, ranging from initial calls and complex contract negotiations to account management and satisfaction check-ins. Building and maintaining client relationships is at the core of our commercial mission, the forefront of our efforts. 

Since the goal is to close deals and grow relationship-driven account value, persuasive communicators who are comfortable being uncomfortable and are motivated by tangible results would thrive on the Sales team, earning invaluable experience in time management, contracting, account management, and negotiation.

Describe your key responsibilities.
In my day-to-day, I focus on business development which means engaging with our clients from initial contact to continued account management, expanding the portfolio of our clients and managing all client requests, and allocating our team's resources to efficiently solve all inquiries.

What is the highlight of your role?
I would say having direct contact with the energy key players (clients). This really opens my perspective to how different the approaches are in the energy world, and it gives me a lot of insight that helps to improve my knowledge and therefore my ability to help them. I also really value the negotiation of contracts and constant communication and work with all the teams across the business.

What's the best thing about your team?
My team is very supportive!  We work well together and are always encouraging one another.
